Exam Anxiety Our teachers offer stress management strategies, regular practice tests or exam simulations, and targeted counseling and support to build and strengthen students' self-confidence. This aims to increase trust in their own abilities and reduce exam anxiety.
Learning Blockages Learning blockages can arise from various factors such as negative learning experiences, being over- or under-challenged, or having a poor relationship with the teacher. Individual support plans, interactive and creative learning methods, regular (positive) feedback, and motivational strategies help overcome these blockages.
Concentration Difficulties Students learn techniques to strengthen their concentration. Methods include short, intensive study sessions, incorporating breaks and movement, or individually adjusting the learning environment.
Lack of Structure and Self-Organization Our teachers provide guidance and support to students in developing individual learning goal plans, time management, and maintaining organized notebooks or folders.

We place great emphasis on holistic learning support, which not only imparts academic skills but also focuses on the personal development and motivation of the students. A key component of our concept is the motivational and reflective phases in our tutoring sessions, which significantly contribute to learning success.

At the beginning of each tutoring session, we dedicate about 10% of the time to a motivational boost. During this phase, students strengthen their self-confidence through positive affirmations and movement exercises. They say phrases like 'I am good' or 'I can achieve anything I want' and emphasize these with powerful gestures. These exercises help students develop a positive attitude toward learning and approach tasks with confidence.

Examples of Motivational Exercises:

1. 'I am good!' – The students raise both arms above their head and clench their fists. Once they have assumed the 'champion's position,' they say the sentence loudly and energetically.

2. 'I can achieve anything I want!' – While saying this sentence, the students cross their arms with their palms on their chest and then let their arms fall forward to their sides.

3. 'My name is … and I can achieve anything.' – All the children in the group say this sentence one after the other, and each time they get louder.

Our teachers actively participate in the exercises as well!

Reflection Phase

The reflection phase at the end of each session is just as important. Here, we review what the students have absorbed and adjust the learning strategies accordingly. This reflection allows us to assess each student's learning ability individually and tailor the next sessions accordingly. Additionally, we regularly create reports on the students' interest, participation, learning ability, improvement, motivation, and involvement to ensure continuous adjustment and improvement of our offerings.

Our structured lesson plan, which includes these motivational and reflective elements, ensures that students are optimally supported and can achieve their learning goals efficiently. Through close collaboration with school social workers, teachers, and parents, we ensure that our tutoring is continuously adapted to the needs of the students and that their academic performance improves sustainably.

Movement is an essential part of our concept. Through movement games such as 'Learning Scavenger Hunt' or 'Math Twister,' we combine physical activity with learning content. This not only promotes learning but also motor skills and concentration.

Creative Time

Creative 'breaks,' such as crafting, painting, or small role plays based on reading texts, help children process learning content in a vivid and creative way. For example, geometric shapes are crafted and colored when the topic in mathematics is geometry.

Social Games

Group games and team activities foster the social skills of children. Games such as 'Together We Are Strong' or 'Learning Relay Race' strengthen teamwork and cooperation. The children learn to support each other and find solutions together.

Examples of Playful Learning:

Math Memory – A classic memory game in which children must match numbers with corresponding math problems. This helps them develop number sense and math skills in a playful way.

Letter Bingo – A bingo game in which children have to find letters and words. This helps them learn the alphabet and improve their reading skills.

Scientific Experiments – Simple experiments like building a volcano or making slime make science tangible and exciting. The children learn through hands-on activities and explore the world of science in a fun and interactive way.
